About Julia Choe
Julia Choe is a PhD student in the Department of Civil and Systems Engineering (CaSE), the Center for Systems Science and Engineering (CSSE) at Johns Hopkins University, and the Ralph O’Connor Sustainable Energy Institute (ROSEI). She is interested in renewable energy deployment and sustainability. Julia’s research has been focused on offshore wind cost modeling.
