About Alexandra Grayson

Alexandra Grayson is a PhD student in the Department of Civil and Systems Engineering (CaSE), the Center for Systems Science and Engineering (CSSE) at Johns Hopkins University, and the Ralph O’Connor Sustainable Energy Institute. Her research lies at the intersection of climate policy modeling and critical environmental justice methods and logics. Alexandra Grayson earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Howard University and a Master of Science in Energy and Resources from the University of California, Berkeley. A Baltimore native, Alexandra can be found advocating for a just and sustainable future in her role as a Chesapeake Bay Foundation Trustee. She also serves on the American Meteorological Society’s Ad Hoc Committee on Wildfire Weather, Technology, and Risk.
